From the Front Row - 365 Pro Wrestling Recap - 23.01.2026

Coming off a big show last week, anticipation was high for what this Friday night was going to bring us. This is the beauty of the weekly shows – wrestling has a notoriously short memory and getting to tap in every week really helps keeps the story momentum going. We got a nice, tight 5 match show – plus an instalment of everyone's favourite 365 talk show, Stein Time!

Inferno vs Zack Andrews (w/ Petunia)
Nothing like starting off a show with Inferno. And Zack Andrews has certainly levelled up since becoming heir to the throne of the Fifth Dimension. Pretty stoked for this one, despite the row of lads behind The Crew who attempted “Twist his dick” and “Twist his nipple” trying their best to steal the focus. Thankfully these chants didn't get any traction and they didn't attempt them again for the rest of the night. If you're at a wrestling show, please do not participate in such chants. Anyyyywaaaaays... Lots of fast offence to start this one off. Inferno is a blink-and-you'll-miss-him kinda wrestler. He hit a springboard European uppercut. A nice cannonball in the corner. Zack stops the onslaught with a nice headbutt, and then locks in a beautiful double wristlock. Inferno tries to get loose only to get taken down by a lovely big boot from Andrews. Andrews gets Inferno upside down for a big stalling suplex that Inferno reverses into a sweet guillotine choke. Inferno went up top and hit a pretty crazy frogsplash-esque crossbody. Andrews hit an absolutely BRUTAL powerbomb on Inferno and the locked in a great cloverleaf. (Ain't seen one of then in awhile! Nice one, bad guy Zack.) Inferno ends up winning this one with a Swanton bomb. A mighty fine match!

Becky Beech vs Magnum Mel
Once again, we have to start by recognizing how much the crowd just fucking loves Becky Beech. It's been awhile since Magnum Mel has been at 365 and she's come with fancy new gear. At least new to us, dammit. You're not getting more love from the crowd than Becky so may as well lean into being a dick, and Mel does just that. Lots of good mat work to start off – arm locks, wrist locks and arm drags, all delivered with a nice crispness. Becky hit that running low meteora, which you, dear reader, already know that I love. Beech gets Mel into the corner and hits a running knee. When she goes back for a second knee Mel counters with an insane standing/running cannonball. After some strikes traded back and forth, Mel ascends the ropes and tries to hit a flying headbutt on Beech, who rolls out of the way and gets momentum back. A big bodyslam and leg drop gets a 2-count for Beech before she hits the Bex Factor (See, I learned the name! Thanks, Becky.) for the win. Another great match. Come back soon, Mel!

Rad Dad (c) vs Josh Cadwell vs Lak Siddartha (w/ Ramone Carlton) – 365 Pro Wrestling Championship
Return of the Dad..oooooh....Return of the Dad ♫ (To the turn of 'Return of the Mack') It's been a minute since we saw Rad Dad and it ain't bad to have him back. Josh Cadwell decided to make a lewd gesture on the thumb I had pointed down for him, and I must say, he had a very nice, cool, dry hand. I'm pretty used to Rad Dad sticking out his but the way he did it before the bell rang made me turn to my wife and say, “I think he should lose his belt.” We start the proceedings with Cadwell and Rad Dad deciding to do the thing you gotta do against Lak and team up, both punching Lak in the head to no avail. The action spills to the outside and Rad Dad hits a big dive out of the ring onto Lak. Lak then catches Cadwell mid-attack and rams him into Rad Dad then bodyslams him onto the fucking floor! Cadwell's body made a thud so loud that it could have been grounds for a face turn. Lak gets Rad Dad alone in the ring and I think he hit a fucking Nightmare Pendulum. Insane. Cadwell re-enters the ring with a running cannonball to both Rad Dad and Lak. The action is relentless here. Someone behind me implied that Lak might be some kind of sea monster? I don't know what that was about. At this point I made a note that the ring looked excessively stiff tonight. Rad Dad finally gets the win with a Lionsault on Cadwell while Lak is out of the ring after a flying hit from Rad Dad. Rad Dad retains, despite the tongue action I mentioned earlier. I think this was a very good triple threat.

Stein Time with special guest Haviko!
Haviko loves getting heckled by the fans. If you feel like need a sunny vacation, just go sit near Haviko instead. It's cheaper and you'll feel the heat. Good lawd. Haviko is being kind of a punk here, Ref Ronny is out and now we're going to have a match!

Haviko vs Sawyer Stein
Sawyer starts by getting Haviko wrapped up in the carpet that was laid out for Stein Time. Seriously wrapped this goon up in a carpet. Very excellent. After some stomping and a splash, Stein unrolls the carpet and sends Haviko falling out of the ring. Stein follows Haviko out of the ring, sits him in a empty chair and chops the shit out of him. As they go to get back into the ring, Haviko catches Stein and starts to work the arm. I'm a big fan of technical, dark-sided Haviko. Haviko's hubris album gets the best of him as he gets rolled up after a being distracted by fan heckling. Stein gets into full Angle-mode with a big ankle lock. Then he hits that beautiful spinning sidewalk slam of his – this time, complete with a break and second spin cycle! Back and forth and back and forth. Haviko gets Stein down in the corner and absolutely nails him with a running knee strike. Stein scored with a superkick that I thought was going to be the end of it, but Haviko kicked out at 2.89. That one got me. Haviko wins with the Killswitch (*cough*Unprettier*cough*). Haviko gets the win but the celebration is short lived as a wild Inferno appears and hits a killswitch of his own on Haviko. These are destined to destroy each other.

Guilty by Association (Eddie Osbourne & Krofton) (c) vs The Rogues (Casey Ferreira & Elliot Tyler)
The Rogues come out and I am happy. Eddie comes out with a box of weapons?? Krofton, making his triumphant return, comes into the ring for a surprise attack from behind, hitting Tyler with a cutter. Wait a second, I thought Guilty By Association were faces? Seems like a pretty heelish start, if you ask me. And you've read this far so you probably care at least a little bit about my opinions. This is a pretty chaotic hardcore match here. We got some very stiff trashcan lid shots. A chair shot to Eddie's dome. The Rogues spoiled Krofton's return pretty hard, keeping him down and out on the outside for a large portion of this match. Osbourne gets the win kind of suddenly with a lovely Michinoku Driver on Ferriera. The Rogues were definitely not into that, trying to attack Osbourne after the match, that only results in Ferriera getting another Driver, but this time through a TV. Osbourne stands tall as Krofton is helped to the back. Guilty By Association keeps their tag titles, but at what cost?!
